FUTSAL OZ JUNIOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Each Year the Adelaide Futsal clubs teams participate in the Futsal Oz junior national championships in Victoria. In 2017 our Under 8 team were semi finalists, Our Under 16 team were quarter finalists and our under 11 & under 15 teams were grand finalist runners up. This year was even more successful at the junior national championships with our Under 12 team crowned Junior National Champions winning the Under 12 grand final against Brisbane Elite 2-1. Our under 8 & under 16 teams were also semi finalists. On top of the team success we also had individual success with Matthew Maio winning the junior nationals under 12 MVP award for best player of the tournament, Liam DeCorso winning the junior nationals under 12 golden boot award for the highest goal scorer of the tournament scoring 27 goals in 7 matches and Nicholas Francese winning the junior nationals under 16 golden boot award for the highest goal scorer of the tournament scoring 22 goals in 7 matches
